Alberto Campo Baeza reveals the design of an office building in Miami

Developers Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners join forces to create a new office building designed by Alberto Campo Baeza in Miami

Spanish architect Aberto Campo Baeza has unveiled his first commercial project to be built in the United States – an office building in Miami for developers Bizzi & Partners and Sumaida + Khurana. The two real estate experts joined forces for the very first time for this workspace architecture project, which is expected to bring the Spanish master’s powerful mark of minimalism to the state of Florida. Called Class-A +, the building will be located at the entrance to the prestigious South Beach district in Miami.

Showcasing an elegant, geometric composition of fine, vertical lines that define each floor and plenty of transparencies, this Miami office building will be made of white concrete, glass and marble. The high ceilings, flexible floor plates and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that this building is generous and adaptable, to meet the trends of modern workspaces. An on-site fitness center, along with various dining offerings, a large atrium, and plenty of outdoor spaces help create a refined microcosm for users.
