SIOUX FALLS, SD – The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) says intersection closures are planned as part of the 41st Street project in Sioux Falls.

Effective Monday, April 18, 2022 through May 27, 2022, intersections on the south side of 41st Street at Gateway Boulevard, Terry Avenue and Cathy Avenue will be closed intermittently.

Only one of these intersections will be closed at a time and traffic control signs will direct drivers to open intersections.

Construction crews will install water, sanitary and storm sewer lines along 41st Street throughout this period.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution and reduce speed when traveling through the construction zone and consider using alternate routes.
