PALO is seeking a Project Manager with eight or more years of experience and, preferably, a license to practice architecture in California. About the role
This role is essential in the development of processes and teams within an expanding portfolio of design driven multi-family residential projects. It requires an incisive mind adept at leadership, design thinking and decision-making.

Team management

Project management and delivery

  • Manage multiple small to medium sized projects (10-50 units) to ensure efficiency and profitability, paying attention to tasks such as estimating costs, determining scope of work, managing contract documentation project and the preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Ensure QA/QC standards with the technical director
  • Ensure design quality from project conception to construction completion

Customer management

  • Serve as primary client liaison to complete schedule, budget and scope of work in the office and to client satisfaction

About you
We are looking for someone who can prioritize design, buildability and management.

  • In-depth knowledge of design and construction processes in multi-family residences
  • Diverse knowledge of architecture management principles, practices and methods
  • Precision works with speed
  • Strong sense of leadership with experience leading teams of 5-10 architects/designers in a portfolio of residential projects
  • Expert skills in Revit
  • 8+ years of experience, California license preferred
