Massey Services, based in Orlando, Florida, has promoted Isaiah Likens, general manager of the Lake Nona service center, to director of the New Construction East division. Likens joined Massey Services in 2009 as a Sales Inspector; in 2011, he was promoted to director of the Winter Garden service center. He was promoted to the Nona Lake post in 2016.
Prior to joining Massey Services, Likens held several management positions for several storage companies, as well as a property management company. He was also a business consultant, where he assisted clients with human resources, accounting and day-to-day business operations.
“Isaiah has shown strong leadership which has resulted in continued growth in our Nona Lake market,” President Tony Massey said in a press release. “He also did a great job recruiting and developing team members with a passion for their success. We congratulate Isaiah on his well-deserved promotion and look forward to his contribution to our New Build division. “
In his new role, Likens is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new home builders in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
