Intermediate Architect – New York, NY, US | Works

ZERZA is looking for talented and highly motivated architectural designers and architectural technicians with 4 to 8 years of professional experience to join our growing firm. Revit required. Experience with core and shell or aeronautical projects is a plus.

You can be a great candidate if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have previously contributed to the design, production and coordination of large-scale projects in Autodesk Revit / BIM 360. Qualified candidates will work in aviation from high level. projects, with the potential to be integrated into the aerospace project team in internationally renowned offices in Manhattan.

The requirements for this position include:

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution in the United States
• A minimum of 4 years of proven project experience in the United States
• Experience with main and shell projects; technical details
• Revit skills, worked on complex large scale projects
• Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective BIM Cloud collaborative environments.
• Ability to collaborate with a large team that includes architects, engineers, consultants and a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work on large scale complex projects, communicate clearly and provide technical solutions as needed
• A desire to work on the base and envelope phase of a project.
• Ability to work well in a team.

• Rhinoceros 7
• Bluebeam Revu
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft teams
