Barrett Made Architecture + Construction opens second office in Rangeley

RANGELEY – Barrett Made Architecture + Construction, headquartered in Portland, has opened a second location in Rangeley strategically located to support ongoing development at Saddleback Mountain and surrounding communities.

The Rangeley office serves as the operations center for this Northwestern team and operates as a full-service office, operating independently of Portland. Since opening in May 2021, Barrett Made has created nine jobs and plans to add another 10 jobs to this team over the next year.

Plans to establish a second office in Rangeley stem from the start of several phased redevelopment projects with Saddleback Mountain that began in early 2020. These include: renovations to the existing base lodge, development of a mountain lodge, residential development and community and personal housing in A and additional parking capacity.

Outside of Saddleback Mountain, other projects in the area include the architecture and construction of a new development on Main Street that includes a new mixed-use cafe and coworking space, as well as several residential projects in design and construction course.
